Mobile Site 1.0 - Values color in "Multi Silder Table" question (Support #3921)

Description
The new multi slider table looks OK on all devices, but there is only 1 small thing that need to be fixed.
When I used a QR scanning application that has in-app-browning, that values was painted in Blue color, I have added screenshots there you can see this issue.
Steps that I did:
1. Create a QR code form the link: http://m.scout.co.il/Pending/index.php?web&db=Mobile_Demo&lng=1&qa (This is a link to the QR code image)
2. Fill all questions up to the multi slider table question (question text = "דרג את המשקאות הבאים בסולם של 1 עד 5"
wait for a few secounds and see that the values (1 - 7) color is changed from gray to blue

I tried to reinforce the white color on the index numbers. BUT this is weird! it shows them as links when they are not.
Can you send me a link?
Also, make sure your on /Pending

But again this happens only when I use it as a QR code and tried to do the survey in the in-app-browser
