Mobile site 1.0 - Scale Slider display (Support #3800)

Description

Need to change 2 things:
1. Overlaping of value and the "Next Question" button, has you can see in the imgaes that I add when the question is first loaded the values appear over the "Next Question" button, and I after I select a value the "Next Question" button is over the value.
That is not good, there should be a separation between the value and the button.

2. As you can see in the image "photo 2.JPG", the values color is blue.
When the question is first loaded there are in black color and then they color is changed to blue, and that is not good because the color should be white like in all other question.

1. Done

2. I still see the values in black color, I have added an image form my iPhone, there you can see in red Square the problem.
As I side before the values should be in White color.

Fixed. I force the color now on the labels.
Changed to light gray rather than white.

Don’t forget we’re working on Pending until we say differently.

It is hard for me to separate the fix for this from the other fixes.
