Description

In IOS6 when a user views a picker wheel question, the display zoom in when the picker appears.

It doesn’t happen to me on my iphone.
I did a fix that may or may not work, but I can’t verify.

I’m using iphone 4s with OS5. OS6 is notorious for bugs. This appear to be one of them.
I’ve added a script that should tell the browser to calculate again on each picker change the correct zoom.
If that’s not working, don’t know what will.

In this link you can see some "Picker wheel" questions of jQuery Mobile, I have tested them on Idan’s iPhone 4 with IOS 6 (and also on my iPhone 3gs and Idan’s iPad 2) and all the picker wheels where displayed "normally".

So is’t possible to use one of those "picker wheel" instead of the one that we used today?

Don’t think I understand you. the native iphone picker wheel is what you have, it has some options within.
The picker wheel bug is probably not happening in any situation. probably in our site there is something that makes the zoom loos its mind, I am trying to find it, but it is hard because it isn’t the straight forward stuff.

Currently no solution...

I’ve added a script that resets the viewport in several occasions. This might be the last resort.
However I cannot reproduce even not on my iphone ios6.

I still see it.

Even after clearing all browsing data.
I have tested this on my iPhone 5 IOS6.1 on Safari and Chrome.
