בגלל שהסקריפטים נמשכים דרך http ולא https, כרום בדיפולט מנטרל אותם.

Seems to be pagespeed related. view source of any page, and search for http://>

It’s a bit due to mod_pagespeed but not entirely
There are hard links that still generate a warning
try loading the page without mod_pagespeed
