We were there for a hockey tournament and the place is awful. Scoreboard lights were out, couldn't tell the score or time half the time. The floor was bubbling up in places and the parking lot attendants were nasty when we were trying to get some fresh air by our vehicles between games. Terrible experience. Oh and I ate lunch there 1 day and ordered a chicken Caesar salad which came to my table without chicken or croutons and everyone at my table was pretty much done eating before they brought me a piece of chicken to put in my salad.

The building is pretty cool and has a great vibrant atmosphere. It also has a great river frontage for enjoying the all too short Buffalo summer. However, the food was mediocre, and the service really quite poor.

We were in a group of 10, so hardly unworkably large but quite a few of the things we ordered simply didn't arrive including all the food for one of the people at our table. All the meals came out at random times (courses mixed up). Many were cold. The waitress was pretty disinterested despite the place not being especially busy.

Probably won't go back, certainly won't bother eating there again and wouldn't risk taking colleagues there either.

I could not wait to return again this summer for the Fish Reuben Sandwich. Imagine my surprise when after waiting an hour I was given a plate that looked like someone threw my sandwich together. Besides the sloppy mess, what I believe was supposed to be a piece of fish was so thin and burnt. I lifted the bread and asked the waitress if she would eat this? She took it back only to bring another that looked just as bad. The fish was not as burnt but again very thin. I gave up at that point. Will not be returning. Next time we will dock across the water and try the new place.

Ordered the special, red snapper. Warm with rubbery parts. Told the server my disappointment. Message from the manager: you still must pay for the meal and thanks for your criticism. A couple of people from my party spoke up about the rudeness. Server returned with 15% refund. Felt embarrassed. Two months ago reservations were made for our party of 12 for the outside. We were placed inside, told no reservations are made for tables outside, and our reservations weren't honored because a table of 7 and another of 9 came in before us. Looked forward to good food and enjoying the waterfront. At least the company was good.

Arrived Friday night at 730pm. Paid five bucks to park in the overflow lot even though we were planning to eat. Once inside it was busy but not full. The wait was 2 hours for an outside table and 1-1/2 for inside. There were several stand up tables near the bars but "those are reserved". We walked over to the quick serve counter , ordered some food and drinks and got food in less than 10 minutes. We walked out to the beer garden and sat and ate, listening to live music until dark. Food was OK, drinks are expensive , but atmosphere was good.

Was there for dinner. Was busy, but not overly so, and still waited a long time for our server to even introduce herself and take our drink orders. In fact, we were able to give her our entire order, when she finally made her way to our table. There were plenty of empty tables, as the place is huge, so I can't even imagine how slow the service would be if it were full. The food was good, but not "wow."

First and last time there. Was told by staff it was a brewery. Only had 4 types of beer. Didn't even have labatts beer on tap and thats the home town of that company. Food was okay. Definitely not worth the price paid. Staff didn't come back and ask about refills or anything like that. We had a party of 5 and could have spent a lot of money but decided to carry our business somewhere else. Only good thing was the view of the water way.

Very disappointed, we had a great time on a Tiki Tour Wednesday night. After we ordered a pizza and some taco's, and drinks. We were sitting outside eating/drinking listening to music... enjoying the evening. All of a sudden the big garage doors came down, no warning at all. Luckily we had someone in our group that had been there during the day before, she kind of knew her way back to the parking lot. Would it have been that hard for someone to have came out to our table and let us know they were closing? Were we supposed to take the pizza pan with us? Do the music and lights run all night? Such a weird place, won't be going back there and definitely will not recommend it.
Tiki Tours... that was awesome! Different owner I am sure. Thanks Riverworks for being so rude �
And what is going on outside there? Maybe OSHA needs to pay a visit
