If this had been a Jewish woman who died in a car accident where the possibility of foul play was 0%, it would still be characterized in a way leaning towards ‘hate crime’
HOW-FREAKING-EVER, a Muslim woman is beaten to death in her home and a note is left calling her a terrorist and telling her to ‘go home’ and it is characterized as ‘possibly’ being a ‘hate crime’.
