This is a really great theme. Flexible, robust and customisable. The support documentation is easy to follow and allows anyone with very little coding experience to perform simple tasks such as adding custom fonts. I had a couple of little bugs resulting from apps and customisations I was attempting to make. The customer service team were ever helpful, friendly and fast in their response. AAA+

One word: AMAZING! The product itself is powerful yet simple to use. The customer service is phenomenal, especially Amanda. I wish I had room to write more here but simply said: there's no need for you to continue looking for a theme for your business - regardless of what your business does. Awesome theme, It has taken my store to a new level. I have migrated my store www.burbia.com.au from a basic woo commerce theme and very happy. Pixel union have been great and my shopify designers have added some extra customisation that i'm very happy with.

Love the theme, it is great! But tried to contact customer service twice to help me resolve some issues I had and never gotten a response.

This is a beautiful theme, but beware if you use apps. We have spent a lot of time working on the Pacific theme, only to discover that java scrip employed in the checkout renders a number of third party apps useless... most importantly the us, the Bold Apps Product Options app. Now we don't know what to do :(

Clean design, lots of useful features and excellent customer support. I would recommend to a friend.
