Any clinical case information must be fully de-identified through physical or digital redactions prior to its live or on-demand educational delivery.

Faculty, residents, fellows, and hospital-based staff wishing to use Hospital-licensed, HIPAA-Compliant technology for HMS UME purposes should consult with their local compliance departments to determine eligibility and participant verification requirements.
