Since the beginning of the ceasefire in October 2025, the IDF has continued to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid and goods into the Gaza Strip, in coordination with the UN and international organizations.

More than 2 million tons of food have entered the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the ceasefire. A wide variety of food has entered, including meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, fruits, and vegetables.
- Since the beginning of the ceasefire, food prices have decreased by approximately 72%.
- Approximately 600 trucks enter the Gaza Strip every day, with 70–80% of the trucks carrying food.
- Today, 41 bakeries operated by international organizations are operating in the Gaza Strip, producing more than 3 million pita breads per day, alongside dozens of local bakeries.
Water:
- More than 70,000 cubic meters of water are supplied to the Gaza Strip on average every day – more than 60 liters per person per day.
- Approximately 250 water trucks operate every day, with approximately 2,800 distribution points throughout the Gaza Strip.
- More than 78,000 tons of hygiene and sanitation equipment have entered the Gaza Strip, alongside waste removal equipment and water purification tablets.

The Nasser Hospital continues to serve as a central military infrastructure for the Hamas terrorist organization in the southern Gaza Strip. Patients and hospital staff are witnessing the permanent presence of Hamas terrorists, some of them masked, in various areas of the hospital compound.
Hamas’ use of the hospital instills fear and endangers patients, healthcare providers, and medical staff.
