Solidarity
Worked as a barman for several years, desperately wanted to unionise against unfair conditions, maltreatment, the works. Found no support amongst big unions. Know that you're doing this for all of us and we support you 100%!

Bus drivers only get a little more than £10 an hour , think about that for a few minutes, all that responsibility for £10.40 an hour

YES if you want better pay and conditions you need to be in a union. Privateers of greed causes poor pay and poor working conditions. Stagnated pay for 8 years means workers are earning less pay now than than they were 8 years ago.
