I did this once to a driver who tossed a Coke can out the window. After I lobbed it back inside the car his girlfriend laughed and made him keep it.

Once I hooted at a cop for dumping his Coke can. He then stopped and made me pull over..I was like ohfuckohfuck!! He asked to see my licence etc but I held my own and told him he can’t litter! Lolol I was so scared tho!

There's a guy I'm my street, parks his car outside his house, empties the crap and McDonald's wrappers out, then walks into his house! Reminds me of that old advert of littering excuses "Dad says it gives people jobs..."

It just sits outside his house. A while back, for some unknown reason there was a whole toilet roll on their wall, slowly melting in the rain for a week.
