One other suggestion: If you haven’t been to the Beresheet Hotel try to go. It is AMAZING. In the Negev dessert overlooking a 200 million year crater. Suites with plunge pools and ibex walking around. Plus incredible food & spa.

We visited for the first time in April and then came back in August! We will come back at least one more time - loved everything about it!!!! (I would visit again for the coffee alone!!!)
