All part of the sanctions in Iran. Hamas has no money themselves to fire that many rockets. Iran is quite happy to gain sympathy by UN and anti Israel US countries, to divert the attention from the disaster in their own country.

I guess I worked long enough in that part of the world including Iran to understand a "little" how their minds work.
