        לפי דוח של משרד העבודה והרווחה דווחו וטופלו על ידי שירותי הרווחה ברחבי הארץ כ־47 אלף ילדים שנפגעו במהלך 2017. אחד הנתונים המזעזעים: 1 מכל 5 ילדים שנפגעו הוא ילד או נער עם מוגבלות. צריך להחמיר את הענישה!!! מי שפוגע בילד או ילדה עם מוגבלות חייב לשבת בכלא עד יומו האחרון!
