We want the user stream API back, please! I don't care if it crashes or no more supported, but it's very useful for small projects!

It is not possible to have that exact form of API back (replaced with webhooks-based Account Activity API); but we have a feedback channel where you can submit your reasoning and use cases and we would love to learn from your needs ->https://twitterdevfeedback.uservoice.com/

the Account Activity API should provide that same information without polling. You're welcome to provide feedback of course.
