To start Kaspersky Secure Connection, double-click the application shortcut on the desktop.
If there is no shortcut on the Desktop:
Run the ksdeui.exe file.
To open the main Kaspersky Secure Connection window, use one of the following methods:
Double-click the application shortcut on the Desktop.
Click the application icon in the lower-right corner of the Desktop. If the application icon is hidden from the notification area, click the Show hidden icons arrow.
Right-click the Kaspersky Secure Connection icon in the lower-right corner of the Desktop and select Open from the shortcut menu. If the application icon is hidden from the notification area, click the Show hidden icons arrow.
If the Kaspersky Secure Connection window doesn’t open, it means the application is not working correctly. To fix this issue, reinstall Kaspersky Secure Connection:
If the error persists, submit a request to Kasperky Lab technical support via the My Kaspersky portal. Please include a detailed description of the issue.
