To remove a Kaspersky Lab application:

1. Open the Control Panel. See the Microsoft support website for instructions.
2. Go to Programs and Features.
3. Select your Kaspersky Lab application and click Uninstall/Change.

4. If the application is password-protected, enter the password. Click Continue.

• If you have forgotten the password, reset it. See this article for instructions.

5. Click Next.

6. If the application is password-protected, enter the password again. Click Next.

7. Select the checkboxes beside the data you want to save. Click Next.

8. Click Remove.

9. Click Yes to reboot the computer.

The Kaspersky Lab application has been removed.

To remove a Kaspersky Lab application on macOS, follow the instructions specific to your application:

• Kaspersky Internet Security 20 / 19 / 18 / 16
• Kaspersky Security Cloud 20 / 19
• Kaspersky Safe Kids

To remove a Kaspersky Lab app from an Android device, follow the instructions specific to your app:

• Kaspersky Internet Security
• Kaspersky Safe Kids

To remove a Kaspersky Safe Kids for iOS, follow the instructions in this article.

You can remove other Kaspersky Lab apps for iOS in the normal way. See the Apple support website for instructions.
