How to use a TTS app with sumatra?

Have the ability to crop PDFs and remove white borders.

Some PDF files contain two pages side by side on one PDF page. Would it be possible to display each of these pages on one PDF page?

Using reference decoder.

SumatraPDF is excellent. Sumatra doesn't register itself with Win 7 on my computer. I tried to associate SumatraPDF with all supported file types but no success. It's very hard to do all the file types one by one. It will be great if there's a button to do it once for all. It will be a useful feature to overwrite other application as the default reader because many people want to replace other readers with SumatraPDF. Thank you very much.

I'd like it to calculate by page number how much of the document you'd read.

It is most frustrating after having used other pdf readers that a landscape page does not print as landscape unless you remember to go into printer settings and check landscape; it doesn't even have to be automatic - just the choice available without having to open printer settings.
