i’ve got a handful of new mugs available at the Clay Studio shop.
i can dig on this nice little review offered by the Clay Studio this morning:‘Steven Colby‘s new pots are as rustic as it gets. This piece seems to have been hewn from a tree trunk rather than formed from clay. We love this new direction.’
their winter cup show –‘warm&fuzzy’ has just opened. i’m pleased to be in good company. go have a look around.
i’ve been looking into the sun and i have divined that the horses of colorado will defeat the birds of washington in today’s epic contest.
the better part of my snowy week was spent at the Harvey/Meadows Gallery. We had a magnificent show open last evening featuring the work of two artists of the roaring fork valley: Pamela Joseph and James Surls as well as a ceramic interloper from california – Richard Shaw.
I’ll crank the studio up following the football game.
