
Splash’s AEs create, identify and close sales for our SaaS platform. As the individual who represents Splash and drives the revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time. We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players - hungry, nimble and intelligent - with the ability and willingness to close a mix of complex deals.
The Sales Development team is the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for generating lead volume and warm introductions to our Enterprise team. Your personality and drive will also help shape the Finance team and the company overall.
As director of demand generation and marketing operations, you’ll own the marketing funnel and be responsible for driving qualified opportunities. You’ll develop and execute both strategic and tactical plans to exceed pipeline and revenue goals. Marketing programs, online marketing, and account-based marketing will all be a part of your marketing mix, and you’ll constantly be adding to the mix and optimizing it to ensure we’re capturing demand as efficiently as possible
