  • Is the starter plan free forever?

    Yep, that’s right! Our starter plan let’s you experience how Scrunch can help to streamline your influencer marketing. Most of our customers love Scrunch so much they go pro!

  • Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

    You don’t need credit card details to sign up to Scrunch. When you sign up, you’ll automatically be placed on our starter plan (free forever). You can upgrade at any time, or return to the starter plan whenever you like.

  • What are my payment options?

    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club payments from customers worldwide. We currently do not support invoicing terms for subscriptions.

  • Will I be locked into a long-term contract?

    No. Scrunch is a pay-as-you-go service.

  • If I need to, how do I downgrade my subscription?

    You can downgrade to our free starter plan at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel during an existing billing period, you will remain on your current plan until the end of the billing period. At the start of the new billing period you will be downgraded to the free plan. Your billing period starts on the day you take out your subscription. We don’t prorate for partial months.

  • Does my subscription include payments to influencers for involvement in my campaigns?

    No. Your subscription gives you access to all the awesome features that help you discover, reach and manage your influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Do you offer discounted pricing for start ups or not-for-profits?
