I am an avid motorcyclist living way out in the Southeast Georgia countryside with my wonderful husband of over 37+ years and two wild & crazy Jack Russell Terriers.
Also, I’m a born and bred Southerner that is deeply concerned about my Country. The current Godless thinking is taking us down some very dangerous roads with many pitfalls, deep ditches and dead ends. Although I’m not a professional writer by any stretch of the imagination I want to discuss the world from my point of view. There is no guessing where these thoughts will wander. I do tend to be eclectic (read: scatty – lol) regarding interests but these are some of my favorites: motorcycles, nature, bird watching, genealogy research, English history, gun rights, family, libertarian politics, our blessed Lord Jesus Christ or just life and it’s puzzles in general. It will all be from my never-to-be-humble point of view. I hope you can put the kickstand down and stay for awhile. No need to agree but remember kindly comments won’t grind my gears and get nuked.

After we moved to our little country community in 1993, I became one of the many volunteer firefighters in our end of the county. Somehow I got the nickname “Sparky” and it stuck. However, it might also have something to do with my outspoken opinionated personality. 😉 Thank you for the follow and the “like”. May the LORD bless and keep you.

I knew there was an interesting story there, seems to fit on two counts. Barney is a pseudonym I use to protect my wife, I earned it on two counts as well, retired law envorcement but most recently I was the victim of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, to the calf, I’m fine. Guess I made the one shot count! Lol!
