Have you noticed we’re moving into a “post-generational” world?

Today, middle management is often associated with long hours, corporate bureaucracy and administration. In 2023, employees are more interested in drawing lines between their jobs and personal lives and less interested in working 11 or 12-hour days and managing all the stress, politics and responsibility that goes with that.
