Suji ka halwa ek Indian Cuisine hai.

Rava Seera (Soji Halwa | Suji ka halwa) is a Delicious Sweet Recipe.
You can serve it as starter or Dessert as per your choice.
It is made using Semolina as main content and other ingredients like Ghee , Sugar (Jaggery as Option to Sugar) and Dry fruits for garnishing | decoration.

Soji Halwa Recipe.

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup sooji/rava/semolina
- ¾ cup to 1 cup sugar, or as required (You can use "Jagger" in Option to Sugar)
- ½ cup ghee
- 10 to 12 cashews/kaju
- 2 tbsp raisins/kishmish
- 2 cups water
- a pinch of edible camphor (optional)
- 1 tbsp cardamom powder, OR as required

Method (Recipe ):

- Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan.
- Add the Sooji(Rava/Semolina) and saute on a slow flame for 6 to 8 minutes.stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile take some water in another pan and put on a slow flame.
- Continue stirring until Sooji turns color to light golden.
- Add the sugar as per your test.
- Add raisins and cashew-nuts and mix well.
- cook on a slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes and keep stirring occasionally.
- Add cashewnuts and the cardamom powder and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- And your Sooji Halwa is ready to serve.
- Serve immediately as desert.
