#6Mar 2018, The dark match before this weeks WWE #SmackDown in Green Bay saw #TheNewDay defeat #SheltonBenjamin & #ChadGable.
The dark main event after the WWE #205Live saw #ShinsukeNakamura defeat #Rusev by disqualification. There was a pre-match segment that saw Nakamura sing to Rusev and #AidenEnglish, which he received a big pop for like he did earlier on SmackDown. There were also loud "we want Lana" chants during the match. Rusev pointed to the back, where Lana was, and the chants got louder but he then took a mic and announced that all we were getting is Rusev Day. Nakamura ended up getting the DQ win due to interference from English. The segment ended with Nakamura hitting a Kinshasa on English and then pinning him as the crowd counted. To be noted, Nakamura vs. Rusev has been announced for Sunday's #WWEFastlane pay-per-view after Rusev issued a challenge to Nakamura on SmackDown.

Rusev and Lana will now advance to Week 9 where they will face the winner of next week's final first round match - WWE United States Champion #BobbyRoode and SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair vs. #NiaJax & #ApolloCrews.
Live viewership for this week's #WWEMMC episode on Facebook Watch peaked at 72,400 viewers. Last week's match, which saw #Naomi & SmackDown Tag Team Champion #JimmyUso defeat #MandyRose & #Goldust, peaked at 77,700 live viewers, topping this week's show by 6.8%.

Strowman and Bliss will now go to Week 10 for a match against #Asuka & WWE Intercontinental Champion #TheMiz. The winners of that match will make it to the finals in Week 12.

Rusev to team with his wife Lana at WWE Mixed Match Challenge
SmackDown LIVE General Manager Daniel Bryan dropped a bombshell when he revealed that Rusev will team up with his wife Lana in the unprecedented WWE Mixed Match Challenge tournament on Facebook Watch.
The in-ring partnership between The Bulgarian Brute and The Ravishing Russian is an intriguing one to say the least. Rusev is a two-time Unites Champion who demands respect against any opponent in both singles and tag team competition. While Lana has not competed as extensively as her spouse, the Total Divas co-star has been quite visible in the struggle for supremacy in the SmackDown LIVE Women's division and has officially entered the first-ever 30-Woman Over-the-Top Royal Rumble Match, signaling that she is, in fact, ready for top-notch competition.
Obviously, success for any tag team requires more than physical skill. There must also be an intuition between the competitors, something that can take years for two Superstars to develop. However, for a married couple in love, there is a much higher chance that element will already be intact, raising the odds that the WWE Mixed Match Challenge will end up being transformed into Rusev Day!
Together, Rusev and Lana will do battle in a ground-breaking tournament on Facebook Watch, where unlikely male-female WWE Superstar pairings will attempt to win $100,000 for a charity of their choice.

#19Sep 2017, as noted last week how #Rusev cut a #SmackDown promo on needing to crush a WWE Legend to get his killer instinct back, following the squash loss to #RandyOrton at SummerSlam in late August. Last night's #SmackDown saw Orton pick up a win over #AidenEnglish, only to be confronted by Rusev after the win. Rusev then defeated Orton in just a few seconds thanks to an assist from English.
