The role of a leader has changed over the years. Today it has become increasingly important for leaders to possess emotional intelligence and the ability to tap into the higher-motives, deeper values and other aspirations of team members. More and more people today are striving to support humanitarian, social or personal growth needs and we need more leaders capable of supporting this new socially-consciousness workforce.
