More news and political voices are drawing connections between Russian interference in Brexit and in the 2016 US Presidential Election. Arron Banks is appearing in news cycles on both sides of the Atlantic in connection with both events. Russia's GRU has been quite busy. So I, in the US, have begun paying more attention in my Trump-Russia News gleanings, to Brexit-related stories. I'm not sure what will become of investigations in the US and the UK, but connecting with British citizens around a common concern makes sense. This is my most recent addition related to US election and Brexit interference by Russia.

The Guardian: “Russian deal offered to Arron Banks in Brexit run-up…Labour MP Ben Bradshaw…said the government should establish an inquiry, similar to the investigation in the US led by the special prosecutor Robert Mueller.”

Well, sorry to say it and totally ashamed of this, the 17 million people who voted Brexit, this is EXACTLY what they wanted. Their vote was never about economics, it was always about "get the bloody foreigners out". Because, unfortunately, since the Tories brought in austerity 8 years ago, that achieved nothing, but this caused people to blame "foreigners" for our problems, when we're more then equipped to take in people and help them. It's our government that won't and hasn't invested in our country's infrastructure for years.
Evidence is mounting that the #UnitedKingdom’s impending exit from the #EuropeanUnion is causing workers from #EU countries to leave the country and return home. Workers from European Union countries are leaving the country at the fastest rate since the ONS started tracking such data. Comparing the data period - April to June 2018 - with the same period last year, the ONS said that there were 86,000 fewer EU nationals in jobs in the #UK. In total, 2.28 million EU nationals work in #Britain. 86,000 out of 2.3 million may not seem a huge amount, but the ONS pointed out that it was 'the largest annual fall since comparable records began in 1997.'

It’s becoming more and more clear that Brexit is driving EU nationals out of the UK

The #EU needs to 'change its approach' to avoid a #nodealBrexit, according to #JeremyHunt. The foreign secretary called on #JeanClaudeJuncker's #EuropeanCommission to show a 'pragmatic approach' to negotiations. The government is understood to be ramping up warnings of a no-deal over the summer, after #TheresaMay faced criticism from some Conservative #Brexiteers for her Chequers proposal. Mrs May has insisted that 'no deal is better than a bad deal'.

The risk of a #nodealBrexit has been increasing and the #EuropeanUnion commission needs to change its attitude if a deal is to be reached, according to British foreign minister #JeremyHunt. With less than eight months until #Britain quits the #EU, the government has yet to agree a divorce deal with Brussels and has stepped up planning for the possibility of leaving the bloc without any formal agreement.

FFS #UK Supermarkets with more power then the #government.
Supermarket giants have warned the Treasury that a no-deal #Brexit would force up the price of the average weekly food basket by as much as 12%.
Senior executives from some of the big four #supermarkets made the alarming prediction in briefings to the Treasury on the impact on food prices of a no-deal Brexit.
The biggest tariffs on imports from the EU could include #cheese, up by 44%, #beef, up by 40%, and #chicken, up 22%.
The warnings, which the Treasury is taking seriously, come as it is revealed that Britain’s monetary chiefs have ploughed the country’s foreign currency reserves into euros since the Brexit referendum, in what some are claiming is a vote of confidence in the stability of the single currency.
