Before Breakfast Burpees Workout

R. M.A.: I am going to offer a "cheat" for those who are beginning.
If you can not do the full burpees because you are just beginning,
(not enough agility/strenght, etc), you can modify a little the burpees.
Try to do them using the steps of a stair; you begin in the 3rd or 2nd step ( for putting your hands ). This way, the push up will be inclined and far easier. Also, the "jump" will be less, and the agility effort will be reduced.
After a few weeks (you decide as you can measure your own strenght ... but try to put an effort, and really TRY to wait a week or less), you will go down one step, if you begin on the 3rd, go to the 2nd, and so on; And in a few weeks more, (again, ideally a week or less), one step down.
Even for those who really do not have any strenght, in a few weeks you will be doing full burpees on the floor.

David Trinnes: Great recommendations! I prefer to target abs with weighted exercises for hypertrophy and emphasis during compound lifts but no one will see abs until their body fat % is low enough, HIIT is a great way to increase metabolism to achieve this but be sure to include a safe calorie deficit that will not lose muscle.

If you wanted to just lose weight but maintain your body shape, any kind of exercise from Neila Rey will do while you switch your food with a healthy food, no excessive carbo, no sugar, no sugar-sweetened drinks.

If you want to lose belly fat, the fastest is through full body aerobics: running, cycling. 2-3km run/jogging everyday at night, followed by a detoxing juice (without sugar) and sleep well.

I did that and manage to shave 18kg in 3 months and lose my belly fat.
