Wow this app walks on water. Id like to meet these reviewers Well theres still no support and i cant find any help on the web but after months and litteral months of playing around with the settings and trying to go through this logically and looking over old dvr settings and comparing them with this one i finally am able to view my stream on my phone while im connected to the network still have no luck viewing it from the cell signal i know theres a way i just cant figure it out and this no support app doesnt help matters. but i can see it while on my network.

Dr B'S Reddy Excellent app. After burglary in my house got installed CC TV cameras around the house. And those CCTV cameras needed this app to watch around the house on the TV, Tablet or cell phone as it is connected to the Internet. Now I can see and check from anywhere in the world as long as Internet is available. Gives such a peace of mind and excellent value for money.

recently we just installed cctv at home. unfortunately is good in local IP, but not working with mobile data for redmi note 3 (android version 5.0.2) and oppo F1 (android version 5.0.2). but working with other mobiles old version software like samsung and iphone 5S. can u please check for this? thx

It worked good although with some problems but still we were managing till 3 months back when both my iOS and Android device cannot connect to server. I checked system in house it is during fine, recording, and network settings are correct. Not recommended.

App goes offline very often The app loses the Internet connection almost every week despite the fact that our Internet connection is very strong. System needs to be turned off for a few minutes and restarted before you can see live video again.

Doesnt work at all!!! Everytime I enter the domain:port, my username and password on a Samsung S6 or S7 and click Login, it says unfortunately the all has stopped. Ive emailed and reported it and no fix. It works fine on my ihpone just not on android.

App NOT connecting.... Used to work fine for a long period of time, and then suddenly one day, it stopped working. Keeps on showing a message saying: "Faild to connect to device. Please check network and device". I've tried everything possible, including uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing helps. Please advise.
This app never works correctly and I feel I was ripped off on the system. Why can I never log in unless I am on my property connected to my own wifi. It won't work on any other wifi or off phone connection. Pisses me off
Problem with android 6.0.1 The program works great on android 4.4 but for some unknown reason it doesn't go pastbthe conecting to the device. It just says that the logon connection has timed out ... Please fix this. (I was installing it to the samsung galaxy J5 2016)
Severely needs updating & also updated nvms instructions Manual is too vague just touches on explanation. Software extremely glitchly, get an alarm, tap on the already open app and blank screens, always have to back out then log-in, by then the stalking tire slasher gone. App is okay but when person Really Needs, nvms is not reliable. I write this opinion after using app atleast 7 months and the short comings those within the network and in close proximity to router. Also no explanation what limits FPS setting? Dvr and cameras capable of higher.
Rating At first I was a little miffed because I had to pay a service charge for a couple camera glitches but then I thought about it. The defective cameras were replaced, something the company had no control over. They make every effort to insure you are not only satisfied but the product functions to your specifications AND there is no monthly "service fee" for the privilege of using their equipment. Overall, great folks, great service and trustworthy. Who could ask for more this day in age. Highly recommended!!!
I've been using using this app for a year or so to keep an eye on five CCTV cameras at home and it's been working perfectly. Very highly recommended. To those reviewers who have it working on WiFi at home but not remotely, it's really not fair to blame the app. Such problems are a matter of configuring your router, not the app.
Sucks horrible stop asking You can't just open the screen to a default selection of cameras, you gave to click icon, click mode, click selection, play, wait for it to load in agony, until it finally has... Long after the alarms stop. It's horribly glitchy when it does load. If you don't log out, the app does not perform, locks up, and you have to reset the whole thing.
This was good but now the new update makes me unable to login because the app is zoomed in so huge that you can't see the login button. I need this to work for the cameras at work. Useless now
I guess this app is ok. I mean, it works for me, I can log in and see the video. It's cheap looking, as in bland icons. Some things load very slowly. And I just need this app to view the cameras, but I have all these other options that I don't need. The videos are blurry and choppy, and nothing seems to change that one way or the other. I also HATE HATE HATE that the only way I can view these videos is through my phone. I can't also use this app on my computer.
Would love to have an option for sound to double up as a baby monitor. Sometimes image is grainy and alarm goes off for no reason. But works well and fits the purpose.
Great app Got a 36 camera system over two sites and this app is great for checking what's going on either live or recorded. Slight gripes are it makes my phone run hot and playback mode is a bit fiddly but it does the job.
Hi Peng Antai team, After the recent Android 7.0 Nougat upgrade... your app is no longer usable on Samsung Galaxy Note5, S6, S7 and S8 :( Please change the login interface to a different picture background or change its resolution size... the current login page is too big to fit in 1 page on Android 7 Nougat such that the Login button is out of the screen! We can't even login anymore. Please help your loyal fans!
Descent App Why do I have to click okay twice to pick a certain view? Also I should be able to Drag and drop screens where I want them. Why does the motion alarm going off if I exit the non preferred way sux. Lastly you must create a separate profile if you would like to use on the same network. Smh
It was great before. I use it to watch my kids at daycare. The app has some glitches the last update and now I am unable to zoom in, the screen is much smaller. I am also unable to save my favourite channels which made it so much easier to see the kids. I won't use this app once the kids leave this daycare.
It is pretty good The app is good. However in the version for phones the play back and memory are not good, to the point of making them unusable. Same goes for downloading memory and footage in general. While good to keep track of live events, not so good for archival data.
Not bad but no support. It's working but it stops pretty often. I have other apps running in background all the time, that is Android 7.0 for.. the other thing is not recording..I installed it on iPad and a couple of Android devices, it behaves differently.. went on their site and, besides almost every word is misspelled, they ask for $49.99/min of chat and $99 for remote something..so, I took off the encouragement as I won't encourage thieves!!
App SUCKS We have received "failure to connect" error for over 2 wks and there is nothing to be done. Wish I could give it 5 💩 because that's what it deserves!
I love this app for camera viewing The app does a great job of communicating with the dvr and the Wi-Fi once everything is all set up. The only problem is unreliable lagging with the feed. Other than that, the app works great!
Excellent app Have some glitches with IPcameras in combo dvrs analog/digital. I'm watching 24/7 on my tv and have rear reconnecting. But except that working very well.
Always freezing Camera does not cover the entire room and when you're watching it it freezes every other frame. Time is always incorrect
Doesn't work too good I don't know what it is because I had this app on iphone and it worked great. I switched over to the galaxy 5 which blows the iPhone away and it doesn't work that well so if they could just put a little effort into it I already purchased it because I thought it would work well but it has a problem pulling the cameras up. I only have 5 of them so I could imagine people running businesses that have 16 to 32. And that's all I got to say lol hope they fix it soon.
SuperLive Pro App no longer works on my phone. Everytime I log in it says "Failed to connect to device. Please check network and device". I have un-installed and re-installed the app. It used to work fine. Also no longer works on my partner's phone
It was perfect at one time I've had almost one year and now as of 3 days now it stopped working, device and connection are fine, seems like the app stopped working can't even contact developer email address is no good, guess the search is on for another app
Okay if you are observing the cameras real time, but the frustration and major shortcoming is that you cannot watch a playback in a fast mode (2x or 3x for example). So if you want to see if there was something strange going on during a shift, for example, you have to watch the entire shift in real time.
Easy setup but not working I set up my camera scanned the QR on the back and typed in the password but it is not logging me in. Did I miss anything? Hope you you can reply and help. I will update review to 5 stars if I can get this working. It was a simple setup process until the password issue.
Cctv Was brilliant but keeps going off line. Just had a car vandalised and cant help the police with footage. Not happy. Have i wasted my money. X
Stable on Android but not Apple Was working fine with both me and my dad Ipad, but not working anymore out of sudden. iPhone too has similar problem, can use sometimes but not sometimes. Can you please fix this?
Interface is old and glitchy, hard to use,and confusing. The iPhone version is way better . Other than that does its job and works.
After Android (Samsung Note 5) has been upgraded, the screen of this apps become large and we are unable to login to this apps. Kindly fix it and update the app.
Extremely useful, with excellent support. I love this app! The setup screens are a little bit funky to figure out at first, but after you get used to the "layer" method they use, it becomes more natural. You can use the app on your computer, your tablet, and your phone. AND it works with Windows 10.
Very very slow Very very slow streaming, and very poor performance as lan access also... Kindly improve app and dvr/nvr firmware
Simple & easy If you having problems connecting just un-install and re-install the app also make sure there is no gap between the ip address and the :80 as that will failed to connect.
Decent Better tban some high end apps. Anyone who cannot get it working on their phone when not on their wifi has not configured their router correctly. You forward ports 80 and 8000 to the LAN address of the dvr. And bingo.
Great most of time Really like this app. Especially on my android phone. However it periodically stops for no reason and I reinstall and I'm good. If not for that it would be five stars. Very helpful.
