This is an *add-on* to the Textra SMS application that utilizes the Twitter styled emojis in preference to the phones system emoji style. Simply gorgeous!
Provides all the latest (Unicode 9) 2000+ emojis including diversity (skin tone) on any Android phone.
You access the Twitter emoji using the + icon to the left of the message field in the conversation. Long hold on a 'human skin emoji' (for example a hand gesture) to see diversity (skin tone color) options.
IMPORTANT: The Twitter emoji are ONLY available in Textra and not system wide (e.g. keyboard app).

Another Great Addition A great addition to the main messaging app. Why miss out of emojis when you're on another platform? You don't need to thanks to these developers.

Awesome This is one of the biggest differences between textra and all the other texting apps. I have android 6.0.1 on my 6p so I have access to the latest emojis, but its awesome that now I have a choice to switch them up (in the app). Its also amazing that now people on older versions of android can see emojis people on newer versions or people on iOS send.

Best texting app To be honest I hate the ads but I understand the business part of it. I actually switched to other apps to avoid the advertising. But because of the lack of functionality I came back to Textra. I just wish that I could slide the ads to the right or something. But either way I'm not going anywhere
Amazing I always find my way back to Textra. I really love the ability to customize the look of the app pretty much from top to bottom. I gave in and purchased the paid version to get rid of the annoying ads.
Great.. just one thing.. Can you guys add pure white to the list of colours we can use to theme it. I just love white on my phone. Look cleaner to me.. :)

Highly customizable I can customize many appearance and notification settings per contact, and the many choices of popular emoji styles (which you can download through the app) is nice. Love the app, and I can't imagine going back to my phone's default messaging app.
