I would give a negative star if possible. Bookings are not visible correctly in the app. Trips r marked as completed for future dated trips. When tried connecting to customer care ,there is just a standard reply that they will get back. Days have passed but not received any call. I have dropped multiple mails to customer care but as expected there is no response even there. Guess all money is spent on Alia & Ranveer's add rather than customer satisfaction. I guess this review will also get a standard reply & no resolution.

The interface is clean, convenient and loads fast. Heads up comparison across nearby dates makes life easier, without having to modify the itinerary repeatedly. Search history allows to pickup faster than having to type repeatedly. Results are returned pretty fast. Overall good experience so far. I haven't tried cancellation yet, which usually is a pain area for third party services, so no comments (but tread cautiously).

CHEATS. I wanted to book an 1140 flight from Chennai and somehow they booked me at 3 am.....I was very cautious while booking but was shocked when I got the e ticket. Then they charged me 14,725/- for rescheduling. I think this is just a way of making more money. Also the wallet money and 60% discounts on hotel bookings are a farce. I'm still waiting for a refund for my cab cancellation

Worst service ever. I booked flight for Chandigarh and tried to reschedule it in this process lost 10, 000 because of their worst management, And there is no single helpline no where we can directly talk to their assistance.. I always have to wait and write loads of email to help line then only you get response from there side. I am sure I will not plan any flight or vacation with make my trip in future.

If it is possible to give negative star rank, I will be preferred negative star for this app. Since 24 days I am trying to cancel my trip but they are showing no refund amount and As mentioned in ticket about refund money for cancellations. So I thought to reschedule my trip but this guys are taking more n more charges than actual. Even j have already created 4 query tickets for this issue. Even no reply and nothing from them end. Highly Disappointed. Next onwards I will be not going to prefer this and I will not going to suggest this app.

I had to give it one star to grab the attention of the app developers and the make my trip team. I got a message saying I'm being given free wallet cash (won't say how much) and all I had to do is download the app. So I did. N I'm still waiting for the wallet cash.

Poor customer service and unreliable for cab booking. Will cancel one hour after the expected arrival and inform you to make alternative arrangements. Then you need to chase them to get reimbursed for the additional expenses. What is MakeMyTrip's expectation if the customer cannot make alternative arrangements and bigger impact to their trip? Use a competitor that is reliable and hassle free.

Worst ever experience. Simple if you want to add DOB as 1968 means you have scroll 600times . Even you can not add age as 18. Lot of bugs . Often gets logged out . Useless unless they continue to develop/update the apps

I think MMT should stop writing on their hotel booking vouchers that the GST invoice would be provided by the hotel because none of the hotels provide you with that. I have been following up with MMT from past 6 days for GST invoice and they have still not provided the same. I would make sure that none of my business trips are booked through MMT in future. Having a real trouble in getting just an invoice from them.

Would give -5 if allowed. First they cancelled the bus 15 hours before the travel. I had to book another bus for double the price. Then they did not refund the money untill 17 days today. It's not even showing cancelled on their website. They are not picking any calls (standard response heavy call volume) , not replying to emails. The Traveller says they have already refunded the amount to website and can't do anything about it. Still waiting for my refund, so are 3 of my friends who booked the ticket with me.

Beware of booking in here. Instead book directly from the hotel site. They fail to give you legitimate bill. I had a booking through this site in leisure inn grand Chanakya, Jaipur. The hotel reception refused giving bill at the time of checkout and said it will be given by MMT. However the MMT people just keeps on repeating the same line that you will get your GST breakup bill from hotel. Once they get money they are least bothered of their customers. Their customer cell has prototype answers with no solution even they donot check or ask the hotel management for it. I think it is the fault of the customer to book through MMT. Never book from MMT ....... It's just a trap.

I hate cheating. thats what MMT is. while booking the round trip air ticket, the terms and conditions for the date change fees of return flight were free. But, after booking the ticket, they are charging the change fees on ticket and making a revised booking. when tried to contact them to query this, they simply disconnected toll free line, saying changes can be done online. Dear MMT, Never lie to the customer. Guys, beware and stay away from MMT, if you dont wish to get cheated. MMT is stooping down to new lows.

I'm using this app mostly for booking bus tickets. But the booking not showing in "my trips" option, or anywhere in the app. Will be in trouble if we lost the SMS message from phone. Also no option to cancel bus tickets in app. I recently lost money as I could not cancel my booked tickets. Paytm app is better.

The bus tickets aren't visible in the app. They wont refund you for the bus tickets coz the bus drivers cancelled it. When you try calling the support, the call doesn't get through. I strongly recommend RedBus app. Dont use make my trip.

Most pathetic app. No service standards at all. They don't even provide partial ticket cancellation. We wanted to cancel one of our e tickers for tomorrow. They simply told cancel whole ticket. So first they want to charge us for 2 tickets cancelation and then buy new ticket at high peak price because journey is tomorrow. Simply no ethics. Just a system full of loop wholes to steal money.

I had 5000 MMT gift card from my company. My company paid full 5000 for buying the card. Which means, we have given 5000 upfront to MMT. When I try to book hotels, the gift card cannot be applied to any discounted price, i have to pay full fare. If i try to pay for air ticket using the card, they add 'conveniance charge' of 1750. What convenience? Of giving them my money up front. This is equivalent to looting. Never going to use MMT again for any booking. Seriously thinking of going to consumer court

No matter how many times you follow up with them, they won't resolve your issue. Worst app I have booked my round trip from hyd to leh. Due to weather conditions we have cancelled the delhi-leh ticket and got the confirmation for hyd-delhi On 15 jan 2018 and delhi-hyd on 21 Jan 2018. We went to delhi and in return the air india dint allow us to board since it is connecting flight we will not allow in middle. After calling the customer care initially they say my delhi-hyd ticket is confirmed and after discussion they say I have cancelled my ticket and I receive the confirmation of round ticket After completing the trip. I got the E-ticket for hyd-delhi & delhi-hyd after partial cancellation and surprisingly I came to know if we cancel the partial ticket the total ticket will be cancelled. But guys I have travelled from hyd-delhi how # Why my E-ticket is generated after partial cancellation. # Why did they have option for partial cancellation. We have suffered a lot at delhi airport due to this issue.

MMT refund policy is time consuming and don't work. Payment failures are often and CUSTOMER Service is Zero. No online chat or even phone call service. You just have to listen to a boring female voice and punch numbers and the end will all be same. You have to go to app or website for everything. Now, what kind of customer service 24/7 is that? It's not the saddest service but the worst, lying, sly customer service which spoils the moods of all customers seeking it. I have booking from MMT all the time and their service is pathetic now. Need to have an instant customer service and not a Robot!

This is the worst company. I wanted to make date change makemytrip charges $50 extra on top of airline charges. In may case $300+50 = $350 plus fair difference which is $250 per ticket. Total cost $600. Airline said they won't charge any extra for fare difference according to my date. When makemytrip simply refuse that. And they want in written really come on.When I can buy new ticket for $500 bucks they want $600 bucks to do date change. Wow typical Indian company will never do business with you guys again. Very bad company to do business. And they give a damn. What and how you feel.
