Amazing... lived it honestly While booking a ticket for my train trip... The IRCTC portal got jammed an couldn't process the ticket but the amount was processed so I tried again and it was a success .. but I was worried because I was charged twice... after a minute or two a refund was procssed... and this app is quick for tickets and service is cool as well...

Not reliable You are sure of the room even though you book through the app ( even after payment) and it takes a lot of headache to recover the money back. Customer care executives are liars and don't follow or know any SOP of their company. Each person tells a different story when called

Pathetic refund process Booked 2 flights and both got cancelled by airline.Airline processed complete refund in 2 working days whereas cleartrip has not refunded to my card even after 23 days, struggling with customer care everyday to get the complete refund.Everytime they tell they are working on my case.Its always better to book with airline directly.

Poor hotel booking experience My reservation was canceled twice for no apparent reason. Customer support team stated "technical issues" but provided no resolution. It has been nearly 1 week since they said they'll get back(this was escalated mind you). Lesson learnt.

Inappropriate information The waitlist given at the time of ticket booking are totally inappropriate and confusing and the PNR status information provided is also not up to date. Hence passengers face a lot of troubles by booking tickets through this app

Be careful of the app App was incorrect ly optimized for my screen size and added characters to my name after ticket was booked...Still trying to get their call centre to help me...Have already had to cancel one leg as they could not get vistara to correct the error...dissapointed by the whole team and definitely never using this app again

Ticket booking Booked a ticket and wasn't able to see the fare details properly. It lead to booking a ticket without check in baggage. And there was no support by cleartrip.They resolved the issue by saying "that it is your fault"
