When I DL this app,it was on a different phone,phone broken,I bought new one then re DL app,it wouldn't allow same no,after I had DL an update to this app. :(

PROBLEM SOLVED. THANK YOU.... I have downloaded the app and paid the money. In the beginning it worked well but then it stopped and asking me again to pay while my account is valid till another 6 months.. I contacted the support team Several times but no one is replying or calling me back.

You can turn off this option from the application settings. That would prevent using the native dialer logs.

magicJack Connect support. I have been using Magic Jack from past 10 years . I hardly had any issue regarding quality of service or tech support . Even my device failed but majic jack support shipped me better device then before and no charge to my account. Magic jack connect is excellent product but depends what kind of device and connection and ratio of wi-fi data amount device recurve. I am extremely happy with Magic jack connect app.

Canceling a Google subscription does not invalidate it, it only means it will not be auto-renewed on the next charge date, this is how Google subscriptions work.

Also should hold developers accountable, by making them sign contract with money back guarantee, otherwise Google is responsible for it, because your consumers demand it because if you don't, then Google is the fraud. magicJack Connect Support. Doesn't work I downloaded this app because I used to have it when it was FREE and didn't have to pay to call us numbers. I went ahead and paid the 9.99 and it won't even let me call the US numbers! It just keeps prompting me to buy the plan, which I already have and it shows active! This is just a scam and a worthless app! Hate it.😠
It seems to work ok... But... It would have been nice if they had District of Columbia area code phone numbers to choose from. Also it's a bit misleading. They say you can choose your own phone number, but they actually only allow you to choose from a pool of numbers, and the last 3 digits of the number are a mystery until after you pay for it.
Scam, works at first then garbage Worked at first, paid for the 9.99 service and got a number. Does not allow me to call all us land lines as advertised and whe. I am able to make a call the person on the other line can't hear me. Scam, scam, scam.

I have an active plan that will expire in May 2017 but when I try to call a US number there is a prompt message that says I have to purchase a plan. I've sent emails to the support service already ( twice already in a span of 1 week) but I have yet to receive any feedback . The customer service is so INEFFICIENT.

It's just that I was hoping I could port my home number to the Connect app but it looks like I need a Magic Jack device to do that. I already have one with a different number ported to it. Worst I have known! I should take the time to read the reviews before I spent my money. People are experiencing the same technical problems that I do. Whenever you call,you can't get answers from the other party. Please, people stay away from this, you are just wasting time and money, and the fact is that there's no real support for the service. They will write you an email asking for your service phone number and that's all! I advise you, don't go the same mistake than me, you will be sorry.

Thank you, magicJack Connect Support. Proximity sensor Proximity sensor needs fixing. Screen flashes when brought to ear. Have to lock screen to stop it and unlock screen to hang up. Galaxy s6. No Connecticut numbers available. Settled with a Massachusetts number. But over all for 9.99 it's great.
Scam Cant make calls without saying I need to subscribe. After I already paid the 9.99 and the app tells me that I have paid. Dont even waste your time on this crap.

magicJack Connect support. Doesn't work. Very unreliable. This app has so many issues, very unreliable. I really wanted to like it and was planning on using it as my main number. I purchased a number / year VoIP subscription but it's unusable. I don't get incoming texts, cannot awnser calls half the time BC they are instantly dropped once I answer. There is also no dial tone for outgoing calls which is strange. The call quality is sub standard when compared to other applications on same network. It has a very poor UI and support has not been helpful.

Did you get an act according to that email?
magicJack Connect. Nothing but a headache First and foremost the customer service representatives are rude at magicjack. If you ask to speak to a manager they hang up on you. Next I followed the instructions from MagicJack and purchased the Magic Jack connect.For about two days I had issues receiving and making phone calls. The problem was rectified, not maybe three days later I can't receive calls. I have sent several emails to fix this issue due to the fact I am deployed and its my only source of contacting my love ones. It has been a headache.
