I wish there were more options to edit photos (from the filters & effects section) and it would be cool to be able to adjust each one. The reason I use this app is because I like playing with the "artwork" effects. This one is adjustable however I can't adjust it immediately. It makes you wait anywhere from 10 seconds to almost a minute before adjusting. The same thing happens when I want to switch to a different "artwork" effect. I know it's got nothing to do with how fast my internet is because I have the fastest wifi available.

Great photo editing app for the basic needs of editing photos. If there's a paid version I'll consider purchasing it, then give 5 stars if I like it as much as I do the free version. I mean, if you pay for something, it can only get better, right ☺ Instructions would have been great for beginners but didn't take me long to find my way around and what each feature would do. Also would like to add, I still get a pop up reminding me to rate app, even though I have already, this seems to be the case with most apps I've downloaded so far. BTW, I'm on an older device, LG-G2, your app works great and I've actually been using it for a couple of years, I just realized I hadn't left a review. Thanks
Thank you. This was the very first app in editing photos I've ever had in a mobile. I like from this app how extremely easy is to use it. There is not much one do with it but still is useful when using in togetherness with other apps. It doesn't conflict with any other software and rarely crash. I like it.
Nice, easy to use app with a fair choice of effects and options. No instruction but fairly simple to work out what does what. I was surprised there is no PRO version to buy with further options but for a free app its very good.
I just think it's pretty good. I really love to turn my fotos into works of art. When I'm on it I can't believe how much time flew by. Just be careful. Those stupid ads can lead to trouble. How sneaky those ads are.
It helps me to do some transformations of pictures, but I'm stilling very bad in my knowlege of all the functions that gives this apps. I hope that my knowlege will be better in the future. Thanks!

I have always used PicsArt. I needed a PIP with a different effect to compliment inner picture. From the description I. Thought this would be The void I was missing. The variety of smaller picture display had nice 3D pop to it however you can only PIP one picture which was my whole point of this download to begin with. If you need a quick effect and essentially have no creativity whatsoever this is the perfect app for you
I think badgering for a favorable review before it had opened a photo is a too common a practice today. At least perform before showing poor form.
A nice surprise.!!!! This app has probly the some of the best editing options that I've used .I didn't really know what to expect when I downloaded the app, But I am very pleased with the aray of options that it offers .With the abilities of this app I AM going to be able to uninstall @ least a couple other apps ,thus freeing up space on my device.And as any artist knows we can quickly run out of that precious storage apace.
I'm having so much fun creating photo art! I hope this company keep adding new backgrounds to the app because, I can myself using this none stop.

Not Bad for afew little changes but could be more Frame Selections? It makes some Different Pics but Not the Best? Ltd the odd one is Ok?
It's ok...really like picsart and tools is...to me not many apps that I'm aware of can too this because of the freedom they offer in editing and creating works of art. They don't have pips which is only downfall I can think of at the moment. Am that why I like this app.
The best photo molding app ever! Too bad there's no way of removing ads....
I love this app for my android, but I guess it could be the setting on my phone, most times it does not really smooth & show features as highlighted on faces. I am using htc,, is there a better way to adjust it?

One effect menu option are not visible.. before updating there two menu after updated one only effect menu visible..
No ability to clone, or Photoshop. Nothing like fantasia free painter for Windows, disappointed
What a fkng joke, cant even crop an image and save it, you can crop it but as soon as you hit save everything reverts back
It's a very good program for edit photos.But I want to find again in the menu that " swap " option to can edit photos...I lose it with the updates levels..could you put it back in the menu? Thank you.

The app gives good effect. The ads are not a problem ,one attempt , one and , which you can skip . Some of the broad strokes don't come off . Interpreting the image reflected light of a camera . Vincent
You have to back all the way out to start a new picture. That's about all I've seen that I have a problem with.
I used to hate rating cause usually to many ads but this one if it had a 1000 I wouldn't mind because it's a perfect and full of the most awesome effects.Thanks for making life easy.

The easiest to use and very fast. It also only has a couple of pop-up adds. Bottom line is, it's the best I found yet.
Ive used it for a short period but its totalky awesome for adding effects to photos :) only thing i would say would be to have ethnic minorities hands for the effects.
