I keep receiving emails regularly ON Promo code GOMOBILE10. But no use, as this app doesn't provide any space to enter the same. It is kind of cheating

Please don't book.your flight with the app, I.was tricked by the code promotion gomobile10 promotion. I key in the booking and when payment the bank will not send u TAC for confirmation of payment.so it will be very risky and high chances u can double check the date and the transaction will.go through and u can't change it. Price is more expensive in this app as they will charge u higher for processing fee.

generally a great app(in term of UI). but business flow wise and content display is a mess. in web version it shows package with breakfast but the app version did not havr a place mention it. Also, while entering passport detail the done button cant be clicked. and there's just no place no enter promo code. you just won't know if you already reach the final confirmation page and the flow abruptly got completed. worst case is no TAC confirmation, ur credit card just got charged.

Deduced balance from card without my confirmation. VERY RISKY TO USE. The current promotion code GOMOBILE10 applied for my booking but still I am charged full amount. Debit card transaction fee is RM 32 compared to online booking which is only RM 4 !!?!
Great deals. I spent whole night browsing agoda and expedia to no avail. Finally checked airasia go and found what I needed in less than 10 mins ... and cheaper still!
I searched for flight and hotel but nothing came up. I then tried searching for a hotel, yes it worked. I tried next to search a flight, no it didn't work. So it's the flight booking part that was not working.
Hi. I proceed my my booking like typically I did on AirAsia app or website, which at the end before checkout there'll be a choice to add baggage and add coupon code. But with this app I can't do both. Once I clicked 'Book flight' (which I thought the app may bring me to check baggage page), now I have flight ticket with no baggage allowance! I know we (customers) can buy extra luggage allowance during checkin, but thay would be a hefty amount than I (can) booked it online. Also I have a coupon code but nowhere to find place to insert it. This app is not for me. Uninstall!!
This app is so confusing, they did not reconfirm the passenger name and so on before making payment..I accidentally bought my ticket instead of my friend ticket..the passenger name is invisible if we did not select the booking..and it automatically name the member as the passenger..
This app is not practical if you are travelling from the US. The only option it gives you for a departure city is Honolulu. Quite the joke!
This app cann't book flight + hotel. So promo code which shown at web is lie coz it not useful.
Bad app. Cant put in payment info. Cant finish booking. Error and lag constantly. Wouldn't recommend it

Do not have flight+hotel package. Website encourage us to app and given discount code but find no way to key in the code. It's useless app. I uninstalled it.
Epic Failure In Booking Flights. Deceptive - NO CONNECTION WITH AIR ASIA at all. After 3 hours, I am deleting this app. Above everything else, first, it asked me to wait an hour to input my password because it did not recognise my original password. Finally, I find out after 3 hours that it is NOT CONNECTED TO AIR ASIA!
What people likes about AirAsia Go is about the Hotel+Flight pakage, but you can't find any good deals in this useless APP, better use Chrome to find better deals.
It also have tax charges. So hv to take noted of the price and double check the final price and expand it. Is my 1st time book hotel through this. So far so gd for me.
benci kali booking disini.. ternyata blom ada di indonesia mau ubah jadwal hotel susah sekali. nyesal x booking hotel disini.. mau cari info susah banget.. strezZ n nyesal sekali...

What's the point of this app if you can't do a hotel + flight combo?
Difficult to pay. Cant even use any of my debit card. Please improve a.s.a.p. such a wasted time looking for cheap ticket.
Being using for long term it's help me a lot to do and managed my time for booking hotel/flight seem i'm travel a lot. Good work to developers and served better for user out there. Thank you
