Josef Mandelbaum joined Perion as Chief Executive Officer in 2010. Prior to joining Perion, Josef served as Chief Executive Officer of the American Greetings Intellectual Properties Group and as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at AG Interactive group. At American Greetings, Josef grew the company from six employees and virtually no revenue to a company employing over 350 people and enjoying revenues of $120 million. He also completed many acquisitions including BlueMountain.com, Egreetings.com, KMobile, and Webshots. Josef holds a B.A. in economics from Yeshiva University and an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Amir Nahmias leads Perion’s monetization division, Perion Codefuel. Previously, Amir led the sales, global account management, and professional services divisions at Perion. Before joining Perion, Amir served as Director of Content at Exent Technologies, where he built and managed the company’s global content syndication network. Amir holds a B.A. in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Derby, Israel Extension.

Hanit Marinov serves as Perion’s Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing all planning, development and execution of the organization’s marketing and advertising initiatives. Previously, Hanit served as VP Corporate Marketing where she led all external and internal corporate communications, and oversaw the successful rebranding of Perion as a market leader in high-quality advertising technology. During this time, Hanit also held the role of VP Marketing of Growmobile, Perion’s mobile marketing division, where she was responsible for the division’s communications and demand generation activities. Formerly VP Clients at McCann Erickson, Hanit spent 12 years leading top accounts and spearheading large, strategic campaigns for local and international brands, both in Tel Aviv and NYC. Hanit has extensive experience in international communication strategies as well as exceptional communication and leadership skills. She has a B.A. in Communications from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Limor Gershoni Levy joined Perion in January 2011 and serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Perion, Limor served as General Legal Counsel at Veraz Networks (NASDAQ: VRAZ), a leading provider of bandwidth optimization solutions. Before that, Limor was General Counsel at Medigate Ltd., a company that develops management software. Limor has an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University Law School and an LL.B. from Essex University, England.

Miki Kolko was nominated as Chief Technology Officer in January 2015. He has 19 years of experience in internet and big data technologies and served as Vice President of data at Perion for over 2 years. Previously, Miki served as Vice President of data at LivePerson (NASDAQ:LSPN), a global leader of digital engagement technology. Prior to his work at LivePerson, Miki served in various engineering executive management positions and was a founder and Chief Technology Officer of 3 startups in enterprise software and internet B2C . Miki holds a MSc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University.

Rob Schwartz serves as the General Manager of Undertone, a business division of Perion. Rob joined Perion as Chief Strategy and Development Officer after the acquisition of Undertone in 2015. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development of Undertone, overseeing global corporate strategy, M&A, publisher development, and the programmatic media and technology platform. Prior to Undertone, Rob was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at The Topps Company and was a management consultant at Bain & Co., serving clients in the media and entertainment, consumer goods, and industrial sectors. He has also held strategy and operating roles at PepsiCo and IBM. Rob has an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Yacov Kaufman joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Prior to joining Perion, Yacov served as Chief Financial Officer at Acorn Energy Inc. (formerly Data Systems & Software Inc., NASDAQ: ACFN). Yacov also served as the Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer of dsIT Technologies Ltd., a subsidiary of Acorn. Before that, Yacov served as a Director of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. (Nasdaq: TSEM), an integrated circuits manufacturer and then subsidiary of Acorn. Yacov has a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.B.A. in Business Finance from Bar Ilan University.

Alan Gelman has been a director of Perion since August 2011. He was elected Chair of the Board in January 2016. He served as a director of Ion Asset Management Ltd from January 2014 through December 2015. From November 2012 through May 2013, he served as the Global CFO and Deputy CEO of Better Place Inc. (in liquidation).  From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Gelman served as the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bezeq the Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ). From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Gelman served in various positions at the Delek Group Ltd. (TASE: DELKG), including as the Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Gelman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PTNR), and from 1997 to 2000, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barak ITC. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College and an M.B.A. from Hofstra University. Mr. Gelman is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York (inactive) and in Israel.

Avichay Nissenbaum has over 25 years of experience in the software industry and is a Co-Founder and General Partner at lool ventures, an early stage venture fund focused on Internet, mobile, and media companies in Israel. Prior to lool ventures, Avichay served as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Yedda.com (acquired by AOL), Vice President of AOL, and AOL Israel country manager. Prior to Yedda.com, Avichay co-founded SmarTeam, a market leader in the area of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). SmarTeam was subsequently acquired by Dassault Systems (NASDAQ: DASTY). In addition to his position on Perion’s board of directors, Avichay serves as a board member for Tipa Corp. and several other startup companies. He also advises various startups and entrepreneurs. Avichay has a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A in Economics from Bar Ilan University.

David Jutkowitz has served as a Director of Arad Investment and Industrial Development since 2006. Previously, David served as an External Director of Carmel Investments Group Ltd. and was a member of its audit, investment, and portfolio committees. David has also served as CEO of BXS Ltd. and E.L. Advanced Science Ltd., as well as CFO of Etz Lavud Ltd.

Dror Erez joined our Board of Directors in January 2014. He is the founder and CTO of Conduit, one of Israel’s largest Internet companies, providing cloud-based solutions that enable web and mobile publishers to engage users across multiple platforms. Prior to founding Conduit, Dror co-founded Effective–i, a learning system that categorized, organized, and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Dror has extensive experience and knowledge of the Internet, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and cloud technologies. He holds a B.A. in Physics and Computers from Bar Ilan University.

Mike Vorhaus is President of Magid Advisors, a unit of Frank N. Magid Associates, a leading strategic consulting firm. Mike also currently serves on the Advisory Board at Digital Media Wire Inc. He is a frequent guest on Bloomberg TV and a speaker at many industry conferences. He previously worked for the U.S. House of Representatives, the U.S. Senate and for two administrations in the White House. For many years, Mike worked for the California Institute of Technology and for the University of California. Mike has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Wesleyan University and completed the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business Management Development Program.

Osnat Ronen joined our Board of Directors in December 2015. She founded FireWind PE and currently serves as its general partner. She has previously served as general partner at Viola Private Equity and in various positions at Bank Leumi, including Deputy CEO of Leumi Partners. Osnat currently serves as a board member at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, Fox Wizel and Partners Communications Co. She also volunteers as a director of the College for Management and Yissum Research Development Co. of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Osnat has a BSc in mathematics and computer science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University

Roy Gen joined our Board of Directors in January 2014. Roy serves as CFO of Conduit, overseeing the company’s financial activities, compliance directives, and corporate operations. He has more than 16 years of experience in corporate and international financial management, including both accounting and auditing experience. Prior to joining Conduit, Roy served as Vice President of Finance at Exanet, a leading provider of clustered NAS (Network Attached Storage) solutions. He is a CPA and holds a B.A. (cum laude) in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, as well as an M.B.A. from the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.
