Ordering Information
To purchase specifications or test equipment, please review the following information prior to submitting the online order form. Accepted Forms of Payment
- Credit Card (all major credit cards accepted)
- Corporate Check (US$ only; payable to: PCI-SIG)
- Wire Transfer (international orders only; $25 surcharge applied)
Wire transfers are accepted only when credit cards or checks are unavailable. Once the order is submitted, you will receive detailed instructions on how to process the transfer. - NOTE: Wire transfer orders require a minimum of two weeks to process.
Order, Payment & Shipping Process
- Complete the order form below including items to be purchased, payment type and shipping address. Purchasers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, shipping and handling costs. Once the order is submitted, a notification from PCI-SIG Administration outlining payment instructions will be emailed to the purchaser.
Credit card and check orders are processed within 5-7 business days upon payment receipt. Wire transfer orders require a minimum of two weeks to process.
NOTE: Test equipment is available to PCI-SIG members only and may not be resold.
Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 10 business days upon issuance and must be clearly marked on the return shipping label (not on the box itself). To request an RA number, please contact PCI-SIG Administration at 503.619.0569 or [email protected].
Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange only. (NOTE: shipping and handling fees are not refunded.) Products must be received undamaged by PCI-SIG Administration within 30 days of the original ship date. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and is advised to chose a shipping method that issues tracking numbers for delivery assurance. Please mail items to:

Defective Returns
