SHIPPING

HOW MUCH?

Our shipping is free worldwide!

WHERE TO?

Shipping is available everywhere in the World.  All NZ orders are sent via Courier Post to your door.  All International Orders are sent via NZ Post International Air.

HOW LONG?

Dispatch:

Our goal is to process and ship your order as fast as possible.  Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.  

Delivery:

NZ Orders

Delivery for NZ orders takes 2 working days.

International Orders

International Shipping should take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. However, delays can occur in transit, so it's possible that your order may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. These ship times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, tracking information isn't available for International Shipping. 

Please remember that International Shipping charges (all orders outside New Zealand) DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may be due upon entry into the destination country. All duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

I THINK MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST

Please note that all ship times are estimates and not guaranteed, if you do not receive the items within 6 weeks of the ship date please let us know and we'll take further action with the order.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER

We will only be able to update the address on an order so long as the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us immediately so we can attempt to adjust the order in time. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel an order once placed please contact us immediately, as we are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please check the spam folder to locate the email and make sure we're not marked as spam so that you may receive future confirmations from us too. Please also check alternative emails that you may have used when placing the email.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

There is no need as all of our patterns are multisized from XXS - L, most of our newer patterns even go up to XL.

CAN I SELL GARMENTS MADE FROM PAPERCUT PATTERNS?

No you can't. Papercut Patterns are for personal home use ONLY and can not be commercially produced.

CAN I BUY PAPERCUT PATTERNS WHOLESALE?

Yes, absolutely. We are happy to offer wholesale to both Brick-and-Mortar Retail Shops and online shops. Please check our Wholesale Page for more info.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF PATTERNS I HAVE TO BUY FOR WHOLESALE?

Yes, we have a minimum of ten patterns per order.
