This is one of the best hotels I have ever been at.  I liked my stay here so much that on our next week long trip we specifically looked to book another Holiday Inn Express though this location was better than the next one I stayed at.

My husband,  baby and I stayed here for a week visiting from Halifax looking for our new home in Ottawa.  We came back and forth daily to the hotel and called it our home for a week.  

Pros.  Soft beds and sheets,  24 hr tea and coffee with a large variety of herbal teas too. Cons. No Cons loved my stay here!

My husband,  baby and I stayed here for a week before moving into our new home.  We chose to stay here after a positive experience staying in another Holiday Inn Express location near the airport in the previous month.  

Pros.  Soft sheets,  comfy beds,  pancake machine,  bacon /sausage at breakfast every morning. 24 hr tea /coffee.  Free bottled water at times,  nice business centre area with free printer,  helpful desk staff. Lots of free parking.  Great location next to grocery store.

ONE simple order of dumplings took half an hour... This is so ridiculous, especially given the fact that the dumplings are premade in advance and all they have to do is slap it on the fry pan... Also, they are ALWAYS out of tapioca. What's the deal with that?
