Super bulky yarn spun from super soft wool for hand knitting super cozy accessories. Big knits are in style, and Funky Chunky has the heavyweight gauge you need for that oversized look. This single ply yarn is incredibly plush and pillowy, so wearing it against sensitive skin is never an issue. Each color has a lustrous shine that'll fool you into thinking you're wearing silk, but each skein is indeed just wonderful woolly goodness. This yarn obviously works up quickly, and we recommend using larger needle sizes (US size 15 - 19) to prevent your fabrics from becoming too dense. Arm knitting is another a fun option for this super bulky yarn. If you need us to include one of the Funky Chunky patterns free with purchase, please indicate in the notes section of your order if you want the Nantucket Wrap, Harvard Hat or Fenway Hat.
