In an ideal situation, Siniora should meet with the finance ministry team that did this report to clear the missing gaps or else expand the invesitigation. But the point i made in the article is that they all have immunity and will not allow to go after one of their own.

I wanted the reader to reach this same conclusion you mentioned. There are unaccounted $11 billion with no receipts or trails, which we should have more clarity on. But should Hezbollah lead this campaign? and is this part of a larger credible approach to address corruption?
