Bottom line is none of this happened. I’ve tried every avenue to work with you and am left in disbelief at how challenging it’s been. Booking through other airlines forevermore.

My husband called because I was so fed up w/ the back & forth Sat evening & was told by an agent that the confirmation # I received would hold the flight & notes from yesterday’s convo so the agent I’d speak to could pick up where we left off & book the flight on miles.

Now I have to pay 2x to re-activate my miles for two separate accounts which should have been merged in the 1st place after multiple conversations (which you should have record of ) since my miles expired, yesterday!

As an end customer it is not my responsibility to be transferred to the “right dept.” Because of this all of my miles have expired yesterday when they wouldn’t have expired in the first place had the online booking system worked correctly.

Revisiting this as I’ve experienced the worst customer service ever with this past weekend. I spent hours on the phone with them (or waiting for their calls) & online since Friday afternoon only to be told I apparently was speaking to the “wrong dept” today.

There’s no way I can connect with your team to resolve this issue now as it’s past 7pm CT and by the 4th my miles will expire. Please advise - I rushed to make these plans and now can’t access any of my miles.

I called to get my mileage number as I was told that my points would expire on the 4th of March (I have a VM to prove) then tried to book my trip online but none of my miles are showing up.
