A demand the U.S. didn't accept in Vienna, and had minimal chances of being entertained in Doha - and also an issue that is not merely a bilateral point of contention. E3 almost certainly would also say no, and IAEA wouldn't close the file unless safeguards concerns met.

Another change following the shakeup in the IRGC's intelligence branch:
General Hassan Mashroueifar has been appointed as the commander of the IRGC's Vali amr unit, which is in charge of providing security to Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei.
