the number of TELs is (like in the discussion about Iran & Algeria) always something mysterious.
We (all) know about 4 TELs in Syria; that's one battery.
I would expect at least a battalion (= 2 batteries).
Some souces said 3 battalions with 24 TELs.
Now this article says 40!
