There is optimism, skepticism & pessimism from #Yemen's Stockholm consultations. Skepticism is warranted as it keeps the pressure on all parties to abide & deliver concrete outcomes towards peace.
Next few weeks will be a litmus test to whether there is a willingness for peace.

B- An executive mechanism on activating the prisoner exchange agreement.
C- A statement of understanding on Taïz.
