Post WW 2, #US has been able to dominate Sea and Air globally , whereas Soviet Navy once was only one to give a challenge to US Navy but still US Navy had so.e superiority, however Soviet dominance made Americans see faliure in many cases. pic.twitter.com/I2FMDtGo8V

If we look at past Super Powers and Great Powers (from 17th Century) like Spain, Portugal, Britain, France, Germany, Japan, US & USSR ...We can see one thing common in all cases...

A nation can be said super power when
1) diplomatically, financially and militarily (and tech + culture) has global dominance
