So that’s it is it? An apology? If i’m honest that’s pathetic. We selected the seats, paid for the seats, and specifically wanted those seats. But its okay because you’re sorry? Have you got a manager or team i can contact? This is appauling. Never had this issue with Thomson.

on online chat or through the phone have been completely unhelpful and rude. If the service has been this crap so far god knows how the flight will be. (2)

We’ve chosen our seats previously, and we’re now being told we cannot have those ones even AFTER having them confirmed previously? Are we mean’t to just be dissatisfied and have a crappy flight due to a glitch your end? All the staff i have spoken to whether(1)

can you get someone that’s actually useful to get in contact with me regarding some flights i have booked in January? We have booked for certain seats but they’ve now changed and none of your staff are helpful and quite frankly rude.
