	In the last few days, I know of at least three targeted 419-like scams at Columbia, with the crooks impersonating the president of the university, at least one dean, and my department chair. The messages start "are you on campus?" I'm curious if folks at other schools see these.

	В ответ @FrankPasquale @jvagle There's another deep problem here. In today's world, the marginal value of the data about any single individual is very, very low. The value is in the aggregation—but simply dividing that value into N pieces doesn't seem right, either.
