	Here are my principal conclusions: 1. Attorney General Barr has deliberately misrepresented Mueller’s report. 2. President Trump has engaged in impeachable conduct. 3. Partisanship has eroded our system of checks and balances. 4. Few members of Congress have read the report.

	Here's a fun little exercise. Try to reconcile the fact that the Mueller Report cites no less than 5 separate OLC opinions, each time accepting them uncritically, with the argument that OLC just issues "advice" that agencies don't have to follow. @SeanVitka @danielschuman

	I don't think the policy world is harsh enough about people who leave groups at public interest organizations to take jobs at companies they had been criticizing. The theory is that they can help the companies get better, but that's wishful thinking. arstechnica.com/tech-policy/20…

	I've been reporting on hieleras, the iceboxes that people (including children) who cross the border are placed in by Border Patrol, longer than any reporter I know. And I'm really bothered about the way the death of the 7-year-old child is being reported.
