A new video report by sheds light on torture and inhumane conditions of migrants held in Libya. Once again, this shows that Libya is not a place of safety where rescued people can be disembarked, according to International Maritime Law.

BREAKING: At 4:13 this morning, 116 people incl 21 women & 6 children were forcibly returned to & disembarked in after 1.5 days at sea. A pregnant woman & 6-month old baby were in the group. MSF teams provided water, food, blankets & hygiene kits. No emergency cases

Dreadful news coming from the central . A rubber boat shipwrecked yesterday. At least 17 people are reportedly missing and 3 were rescued with severe hypothermia. Search and Rescue capacity has been reduced almost to nil as continue to die at sea.

The Libyan Red Crescent Society has reportedly recovered another four bodies from the shore near Sirte, . 25 bodies in total have been found in the vicinity since the beginning of the year. It's impossible to know how many more are unaccounted for.
